Certification Process

It takes approximately three to four months from the time you are accepted into the WIO-COMPAS Programme to the time you receive your certification. The steps are simple.

Application
• Apply
• Participate in a phone interview to assess your competencies

If accepted into a certification course…

Workplace Case Study
• Design a case study with your assessor
• Produce a case study report and presentation

Assessment Event
• Attend the 8-day professional development and assessment event
• Refine your case study lessons
• Commit to the Code of Ethics
• Receive approval of your revised case study

Leadership
• Present what you have learned to your local MPA colleagues
• Accept your award of certification
