Resources to Build Competencies

WIO-COMPAS is an intensive, several month effort that includes professional development as just one element of the overall Programme. However, most professionals must have already proven their competencies in the work place before entering this Programme. Professionals who need additional skills building or experience in order to qualify for entry into a WIO-COMPAS certification course, may find the following resources helpful.

Supplemental Training Courses
WIO-COMPAS is working with training providers in the region and internationally to offer capacity building that targets the competencies leading towards certification. Many providers are already doing so! Employment Opportunities
